| Description: | Primarily responsible for developing all aspects of the supply chain relating to Viking products, including all forecasting and inventory analysis. |
| Duties: | - Sets monthly sales forecast for Viking product in all locations throughout the world, and relating those to a forecast for Hastings production planning.
- Sets inventory levels and turns for Viking product in all locations.
- Analyzes frequency of supply for various locations and make recommendations for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly shipments.
- Analyzes material flow parameters such as order quantity, lot size, make-cycle frequency, replenishment intervals and turns for finished goods and WIP materials in Hastings. Assist where needed to do the same on purchased items.
- Identifies excess Viking inventory and figuring disposition through transfers or obsolescence to keep dead stock at minimal levels.
- Reporting as needed, including: o Monthly position of inventory to sales o Service levels based on KPI's of on time, on time and complete, fill rate lines and fill rate units.
- Works to improve replenishment efficiency and maximize inventory investment throughout the supply chain.

| Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree in related field, minimum 3 years in a Supply Chain or Logistics Analyst position. APICS certification preferred. Prior experience with transportation a plus. Demonstrated strong project management, communication and leadership skills. |
