| Description: | This position will support the Controls Engineering staff. The intern will perform assigned duties as directed and handle own projects in the appropriate division. |
| Duties: | Assists the department with the following: PLC programming HMI development Electrical Control box prints Updating existing prints Working with Automation, programming robots, machine controls Specifying and ordering electrical components in support of manufacturing. |
| Qualifications: | - Currently enrolled in an Engineering program and working towards a degree
- Basic understanding of manufacturing engineering principles
- Ability to create drawings using AutoCAD (or similar software)
- PLC programming experience
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Mathematical skills including geometry, trigonometry and algebra
- Demonstrated trouble shooting ability
